Pesky Knights and Hungry Dragons

This game was created for the GMTK GameJam 2023 "Roles Reversed".

You play an old dragon who achieved everything a dragon could: You abducted a royal child, accumulated enormous treasures, and most recently laid an egg.

You became a legend!
But with fame follows trouble. Every knight in the realm wants to save the prince/ princess, steal your gold or destroy your eggs. Now you have to deal with those pesky wanna-be-heroes who are flooding your castle.

Your egg, the gigantic chest filled with your treasures and the cage in which you hold the royal child are spread across the map.
Patrol around and scare away the knights or have a little snack. As soon as your hunger is satisfied you gain the possibility to breathe out a burning flame.
